Hidden Gem Retreats was brought in after the property underperformed compared to nearby listings—even with the advantage of being located directly next to a pickleball court. After analyzing the guest experience and competitive set, we identified the garage game room as a missed opportunity; it felt unfinished and, in Colorado’s winter months, was largely unusable. We reimagined the space into a fully amenity-loaded, pickleball-themed game room designed to feel intentional and immersive rather than secondary. By adding built-in heating and upgrading the finishes, layout, and entertainment features, we transformed it into a year-round destination amenity that drives bookings and sets the property apart in its market.
