Who We Are
Our Story
Our family got in to short term rentals in 2021, when we purchased our first property in Evergreen, CO. We spent over a year doing a full renovation-septic, well, foundations, driveway, roof, and interiors all had to be redone or newly installed, even doing a lot of the work ourselves. Our first baby was going to be born one month after we go this home and wanted to have a place for our family to have getaways from the city, while also creating some more income to help support our growing family.
Over the years of owning and managing our short term rental, we have learned the ins and outs of short term rental property management, technology, maintenance and guest communication to really connect with our guest and property. We have built our systems in place to streamline our operations while still making our guest experience the best it can be, and have formed Hidden Gem Retreats to provide this full service property management to our clients and delivering the best hospitality in the industry.
Logan & Catherine Cucuk
Owners
Logan & Catherine both graduated from Boise State University. Catherine with a degree in Business, and Logan with a degree in Civil Engineering, specializing in structures. After college, Catherine worked as a dual role in Human Resources and Internal Auditor of company's policy's and procedure. Logan went in to construction industry for large commercial contractors working on the construction technology and innovation integrations.

Both have always had a passion for Real Estate. Catherine creating amazing designs and great guest experience/communication, and Logan managing the property construction and client/homeowner satisfaction. Together, we believe customer service and guest experiences come first above all. Hospitality is the driver of success for us servicing both our guest and clients in our business.
We find great joy in sharing these homes with others to experience with their families and loved ones, just how we have with ours.
