Hidden Gem Retreats’ primary focus for this client was maximizing the property’s amenity space. The existing game room featured only a pool table, a couple of worn, outdated couches, and minimal lighting—leaving significant untapped potential. Because the home caters to large groups and families, we saw an opportunity to transform this area into a standout entertainment space unlike anything else in the local market. We replaced the furniture, incorporated arcade games, expanded seating, upgraded the lighting, and added a TV to create a well-rounded, high-impact gathering space, with a refresh on small decor and lines throughout. The final result blends mid-century and coastal elements to complement the rest of the home while elevating the guest experience and booking appeal.
